Can I pick up my products in person?
Yes, free local pickup is available in Taree, NSW. Please contact me via email or Facebook to arrange this. You can also visit one of my stockists, check the stockist page for details.
Do you offer wholesale pricing for potential stockists?
Yes, We are always on the look out for new stockists all around Australia, please send me an email and I will send you my wholesale pricing list.
Do you offer special orders for weddings, baby showers etc.?
Yes, we offer many different options for different life events, please contact me via the contact page to discuss.

All candles are hand poured to order, please allow 2-3 weeks for delivery in case of busy periods. If you require your order by a certain date you can leave us a comment in the comments section. 
Please read our candle care tips before lighting your candle for the first time to ensure you get the longest possible life out of your gorgeous new candle! Also please do not forget to read your safety label on the bottom of your candle.
Refunds / Cancellation of order for change of mind etc will not be accepted.
NOTE: Please choose your fragrance carefully and read the descriptions before ordering as all candles are made to order, we cannot refund or exchange because of fragrance choice. We hope your understand.

We use a very reliable courier, once your order is packed and sent off for shipping you will be emailed your tracking number. If you have any questions regarding shipping please contact us via email.
If you have any further questions please contact me via email and I will do my best to reply within 24 hrs.
While I do my best to pack your orders as secure as I can, once they leave for your destination they are then in the couriers hands. In the unlikely event that your parcel was damage while in transit please contact me within 24 hrs so that I can asses the matter.
